Hockey Mentors Cancellation Policy
Due to the commitment to coaches and pitches made in advance, Hockey Mentors CIC cannot provide refunds once a booking is made.
No-shows cannot be refunded after the event.
However, in exceptional circumstances, we may offer a partial refund, subject to the following administration fees**:

| 14 – 29 days | 50% |
| Less than 14 days | 100% |
| NOTES:
“Event start date” refers to the overall event start date, not the individual day(s) a player is attending. Therefore, refund calculations are based on the start date of the overall event.
