Junior International Programme

Are you ready to go to the next level?

For players showing junior international and/or national league potential

intense CAMPS

4 x 2 days of intense camps and a 3-day residential at Loughborough University. Camps include detailed technical coaching on the camp theme, strength and conditioning, small-unit play and 11-a-side games. Camps are led by Jamie Cachia who is working in an elite pathway and he is supported by other high-level coaches with insight to elite hockey or elite pathways.

Video Analysis

Video analysis is used much more extensively on the JI Programme. There are detailed pre-release videos sent by Head Coach Jamie Cachia on the camp themes, as well as 1/2 videos sent during the camp to explore the sub-themes deeper. Post camp players are sent the gameplay footage to analyse and review.

Feedback

Individual feedback is on offer from Jack after each JI Camp, to ensure individuals know exactly where their super-strengths and areas of development are. There is also plenty of opportunities for feedback from coaches during the camps, as well as their being a huge amount of intrinsic feedback from the quality of the players and quality of practices.
